Raimundo - Wuya's Palace
Date: 2014-03-28 08:36 pm (UTC)The Golden Tiger Claws will be limited in the world of Bastion since the Wu allow one to transport anywhere they desire in the world of Xiaolin Showdown. Here they will allow someone to open a portal to a place they can see with their eyes or a location on the Skyway they have been to before so long as they can visualize it in their minds in enough detail to let the Tiger Claws know to go there. Not doing so will just result in a portal appearing a foot from where the user tries to use them.
The creature inside the temple can be Raimundo's jellyfish monster. It was a creature born from his fears using the Shadow of Fear Shen Gong Wu. It is a massive jellyfish with eyeballs and a weird kissy like face. It will try to latch onto its victims and sting them. Taking it out won't be too hard though.
Rin - True Cross Campus Town
Date: 2014-03-28 08:38 pm (UTC)Rin's creature: One very large Hobgoblin (Able to be tamed, but difficult)
Location Description:
Image
True Cross City was a cramped mockery of a large Japanese city. Like Tokyo and other cities of its nature, it was constantly teeming with life, with far more people in it than should have been reasonable. Unlike Tokyo, though, True Cross seemed to be shoved in to one very small location, and rather than having the resources or the space to build out, it was built up until it eventually became a mish-mash of different architectural styles, buildings and structures that spiraled up, up, up, resembling some crazy person's idea of a layered cake.
(That crazy person may very well have been Mephisto. We really have no idea).
But that information is only to really inform how odd some areas in True Cross really were. Namely shopping centers. In other places, they would be far more "open air" and spread out to accommodate for the teeming masses that would come through every day, but not in True Cross. The Southern Cross Street Shopping Center, located not that far from the church/boys home Rin and Yuki grew up, was no different. Tucked in to what was an area that really should have been called an alley more than a street, shops, walk ways, and sky bridges were all piled one on top of another, stuffing as much as possible in to a fairly small area with a small roof covering only parts of the center.
Most of the shops were cheap things, and nothing about the shopping center screamed "expensive" or "ritzy". It was almost like it was trying to be a poor man's Shinjuki or Akihabara but with half the charm of Harajuku or Shimokitazawa. One would be lucky to spot a brand name store within its walls, though the rest of the stores couldn't really be called "knock offs" either. More like places that had just barely surpassed Mom and Pop status but couldn't get much further than that.
Yet it was always crowded. For some reason, people liked it enough to keep visiting. Even Rin frequented it, even if it was just her bumming around and window shopping due to a lack of money.
With the small three block section found on the Skyway, a few clothing stores, some odds and ends stores, a couple of food joints, a single very small coffee shop, an odd little souvenir shop with very, very strange, kitschy items in it, and one konbini will be found, including one set of stairs connecting to a sky bridge to get to some of the higher locations otherwise blocked off by the broken remains of the district. There will be a lot of items, more than one person can conceivably carry by themselves. Three or four people may be able to clear out a good section of stuff, but chances are no one group is going to make it back with everything inside.
There will be no plot relevant items for Rin or anyone else to find, just a lot of stuff to be brought back.
Hilda - Route 3's Pokemon Daycare Center
Date: 2014-03-28 08:39 pm (UTC)Located on Route 3 in Beautiful Unova, there is a couple who runs the Pokemon Daycare Center. They will take up to 2 of your Pokemon at a time and feed them, train them, and take damn good care of them. These Pokemon are so well taken care of that, sometimes, they will find your Pokemon holding an egg!
They don't know how it got there! Just that your Pokemon had it. You want it, right?
>Yes
No
Anyway, nowadays this Daycare center is looking pretty run down. The couple that ran the place is still there, and they still rock. Just. In a different way now. (Hint: They're statues). The place is abandoned, save for a lone Ditto that managed to survive the Calamity somehow. The Ditto guards (or tries to guard) five eggs that can be found within the place.
Egg#1: Sewaddle
Egg#2: Tirtouga
Egg#3: Larvesta
Egg#4: Cottonee
Egg#5: Solosis

Jason - Camp Jupiter
Date: 2014-03-28 08:40 pm (UTC)This is the entirety of Camp Jupiter, but if not all of this is possible, then the one that will be "brought" by Jason will be the part that would shelter the Roman soldiers. This would be where the barracks, baths, Principia, etc are. Found here can be Imperial Gold weapons, for those who might need a weapon.
Monster: Pegasi, because everyone should have the potential to own a winged horse.
Xion - Twilight Town
Date: 2014-04-04 08:00 pm (UTC)So far as what can be found, in addition to lots of remnants from the homes of the people who used to live there, there's a chance of finding equipment from some of the old shops near Tram Common - mainly some weaker armor and accessories from KHII (I'd give a link to a list but I can't find a good one). Mainly these accessories and armor will give a slight boost in defense or a slight boost in elemental resistances of different sorts (fire, ice, lightning, and darkness primarily). Also there's a lot of discarded ice cream sticks hidden in corners.
It might be too late for creatures but if not then the aforementioned Shadows'll do pretty nicely.
Crona - Death City
Date: 2014-04-04 08:01 pm (UTC)The building are all at least two stories tall (some are three or four) and the street-level floors are storefronts, ranging from clothing stores to bookstores to Deathbucks coffee shop and Death Robbins ice cream. The upper floors are rented out apartments, most walls painted in bright colors, with a sort of lived-in-by-students feel. The buildings are just a border to the main center of activity, a marketplace made up of stalls and booths, full of... assorted junk. Everything from cheap jewelry to (by now rotten) produce to used textbooks (middle- and high-school level, all subjects including soul theory). Basically a farmers market/flea market/yard sale all in one, the sort of place where anyone can spread out a beach towel on the cobblestones and sell their junk.
Clothes available in stores range from maid/butler type uniforms in Deathbucks to well, things in the above linked scenery pictures. The general client base is teens and preteens with money to spend. Technology level is very rule of cool. Gas lamps line the streets (which are brick and cobblestone more than paved) and internal lights in buildings are electric, but old-fashioned filament bulbs rather than fluorescent. The most advanced piece of technology in this area might just be the jukebox in Deathbucks, which is coin-operated and loaded with jazz and classic rock records, all unfamiliar artists. Stoves are gas, refrigerators in the apartments are technology level circa 1950. Basically think 50's "cool" for technology and The Gorillaz meet Tim Burton meet Japanese street fashion for style.
Stylized skulls are everywhere, in architecture and art and fashion. The money is American dollars. There's a general feeling of a stylish
hipster paradisedowntown that's very lived in, college-town feel. It would be generally cheerful if not for the fact that it's existing in the aftermath of the Calamity. The statues here are almost all children, except for the shopkeepers.
Anna - Starpucks
Date: 2014-04-04 08:02 pm (UTC)the one that Shouhei is in overlooking a square (bar seats facing a big glass window). So lots of coffee related things, one turned over cup with Shouhei's name on it because he left it there when he left to chase Shiro.
No monsters, because K doesn't have any of those either.
Frederic - Baroque Castle
Date: 2014-04-16 07:44 pm (UTC)Frederic's Creature: A two-fer! A creature known as a Sorbie can also morph in to a creature called an Ice Melody if pushed in to shadows! There will be three of them lingering around the castle. They are not able to be tamed, just fought for loot and shards.
Description
Images: [1], [2], [3], [4]
In the snowy, cold North of the world that Frederic's dream took place, the country known as Baroque held the aptly named Baroque City and Baroque Castle. In both contrast and compliment to the snowy white world around them, Baroque's builders had given both the city and the castle a colorful pallet, mixing and matching with icy themes as well as bright colors accented with gold. No where was this more evident than the lavishly decorated and structured Baroque Castle, home to Prince Crescendo, his fiancee Princess Serenade, and their castle staff and patrons.
Unfortunately for the cast most familiar with this place, they will find that the castle has literally been broken in half, straight down the middle. It's almost as if the ice and cold of the place shattered the castle in to two pieces, but who knows where the second piece has gotten off to.
Enough of the stair wells are intact, though, that reaching the right side court yard, the entrance door, the audience room on the first floor and a few rooms on the second floor isn't too difficult. The broken part of the castle simply hangs over the skyway like a gaping maw, making treading close to the edge difficult, and some remnants of other rooms (including the banquet hall that Frederic performed in once upon a time) can be seen but are virtually unreachable or are simply too ruined to go in to.
The rooms of Serenade and Crescendo will not be reachable, however among the rooms are the guest room the group once stayed in, and the laboratory belonging to the crotchety old scientist they helped once. The guest room will be mostly intact, but the laboratory will be oddly trashed, with many vials shattered, and books strewn about.
Anything can be taken that isn't too difficult to move, including furniture. Careful searching, though, will find the following items:
Torn pieces of paper simply labeled "Score Piece 10" and "Score Piece 11"
Peach Cookie (1)
Angel Trumpet (1)
An odd looking item that appears to be a can with a cut string tied at the bottom of it (speaking to one of the ES cast will identify it as an EZI String Phone. Their explanation of the item makes about as much sense as the item itself)
Club Clover (1)
Magatama (2)
Poison Whitecap (1)
An article of clothing that has a strange face on it (Again, speaking to the cast will identify it as EZI Pajamas. The finder is welcome to keep the item but the cast might warn them that wearing it may give the person nightmares...)
Ippo - Kamogawa Boxing Gym
Date: 2014-04-16 07:45 pm (UTC)Visual Reference -
http://static2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130209064009/ippo/images/e/ee/Kamogawa_boxing_gym.gif
As you can see, it's not very big, but it is in fact filled with tons of training equipment. Heavy Bags, Speed Bags, Lifting Weights of all weights and sizes, and Jumping Ropes. It even comes packed with tons of sparring equipment and medical supplies for handling injuries; not to mention all of the taped boxing matches kept in the back room for reference. All in all, it's a great way to stock up on things to help those in the Bastion get themselves into shape, so it would definitely be worth a look into. At the very least though...it will give Ippo some much needed closure about his world and give him a reason to further strengthen his resolve to keep on fighting.
Duke - Yumanmju Hotsprings
Date: 2014-04-16 07:49 pm (UTC)Food is beef, chicken, pork, tuna, mackerel, scallops, salmon, squid, shrimp, cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, carrot, onion, (big white) radish, shiitake, tomatoes, potato, napa cabbage,
cheria's buttpeaches, apple, kiwi, strawberries, banana, orange, rice, bread, sticky flour, eggs, milk, tofu (seems to be soft), kelp, dried seaweed, miso.THERE BE MONSTERS. Blooms stand twice as tall as the average human, same with Paincorns. Venomey are a little over four feet tall, Flora Mantises are also maybe twice as tall as a person.
They're not... as tough as Dragon Gramps or Mounticos or Hysteric Purples 8D

Date: 2014-04-25 09:54 pm (UTC)Tris - Glass Workshop
Date: 2014-04-25 09:55 pm (UTC)if you need more i can dig stuff up
No monsters. There aren't any of those in Emelan.
Aoi - Hope's Peak Academy
Date: 2014-04-25 09:57 pm (UTC)(Dangan Ronpa chapter one spoilers from here on in, of course.
Images: Entering through the front door (don't mind that chain and hair, of course), just inside the batting cage from the side, view from the front door.
This video (start at 0:30—warnings for blood, gore, death, and flashing lights) or this one for HD (1:26:00; same warnings) provide a much fuller and better picture of the area.)
It's much larger, and absolutely terrible. The room is mostly taken up by an enormous batting cage with pitching machines and stadium lights inside. The doors, directly across from the blocked-off doorway (though the rubble doesn't extend enough to block access to it), are wide open. In the very center of the cage, underneath the scoreboard, is a metal pole with large, broken spotlights pointed up at it. A long chain with a collar at the end winds around it and dangles from the top, and there are three unlocked leather restraints over it—the sort that would clamp a person's arms and ankles into a chair, but large enough for someone's whole body.
What's likely to be noticed first, though, are the bloodstains. They're all over the cage, especially on the floor around the pole, dried onto the lights and the scoreboard. An unreasonable number of baseballs—at least a thousand—litter the ground; they're covered in blood, too.
Zulf - Hendzel Caverns
Date: 2014-05-07 01:37 am (UTC)Anya - The Magic Box
Date: 2014-05-07 01:38 am (UTC)and one cash registercan still be found there. Some beginner-level spellbooks can be found, but most of the books in the shop are nothing but blank pages. There are also a few weapons to find in the training room in the back, but most of the good stuff was already taken.Creature: One Ubervamp. Have fun with that, guys.
Ryu (4) - Standing Stones
Date: 2014-05-07 01:38 am (UTC)The place looks old and unused, the reds somewhat faded from the stones, the stones themselves looking worn. Strangely, no dust seems to have fallen in this place. Curious treasure hunters will not find anything that seems valuable in this place, not even in the pots that sit precariously on the two topmost pillars. And yet…
This place is eerily silent, bereft of the sounds of wind. Even footsteps seem somewhat muffled here, and there's a pervading sense of something divine to those who can sense such things. For those who can't, the place still doesn't feel quite normal, somehow.
N - Castle Harmonia
Date: 2014-05-07 01:40 am (UTC)N's creature: A single Woobat (Can be tamed easily, easier Hilda or AZ present, will immediately approach N with no hesitation.)
Location Description
Castle[1], [2], [3]
The castle proper was once a massive, sprawling mass of a building, several stories high and almost ridiculously enormous. While it didn't completely smack of grandeur in its design, opting for a fairly plain tan, white and gold motif over most of it, the size alone was enough to be intimidating. It's hard to believe that once upon a time, the entire place was under ground...
But in N and Ghetsis' absence it did fall to ruin somewhat, and the small section that has been left haphazardly on the Skyway trails has many fallen pillars and crumbling walls, making it even more maze-like and a bit difficult to navigate. Some areas may contain hidden items stored within Pokeballs, and somewhere among the wreckage a single egg (Cubone) has been left behind.
Rooms [1], [2], [3]
There will only be five rooms present within the section left on the Skyway - two on the first story, two on the second, and one on the third that isn't N's room. Some will be easier to reach than others given the condition of the castle remains. The rooms will differ in layout, but the over all theme will be present, with remnants of Team Plasma paraphernalia scattered about such as banners, pamphlets, mission statements and maps pinned with areas of Unova that the former team had done rallies in. Some look as though they may have been used for dining or breaks, while others look a little more official in the "business meeting" like capacity.
Like the outside areas, Pokeballs containing healing and other such items for Pokemon can be located within these rooms.
N's Room [1]
At the very end of the hall on the third floor, a completely different room will be located. The door will be different than the others, and upon entering people will find a place more befitting of a child than adult. Bright colors, framed images of geometric shapes on the wall, a basketball hoop (yet oddly with a half broken train in the hoop and the basketball discarded elsewhere), boxes of toys, a left behind half-finished train track, a skate ramp covered in what appears to be claw marks...
What an odd place... who could have lived in this room? And why was it so different than the others?
Should some one dare to venture in far enough, another egg (Driftloon) has been partially buried under some toys in one of the boxes hidden behind the skate ramp.
Alucard - Inverted Castle
Date: 2014-05-07 01:41 am (UTC)Jazz - Andante
Date: 2014-05-07 01:42 am (UTC)The two monsters inside are Scourgers and Light Antiques. These monsters aren't difficult if one battles them correctly but in a large group, they can pose a challenge.
Kaoru and Hikaru - Ouran Host Club
Date: 2014-05-26 09:11 pm (UTC)(Basically they typed up a huge thing, so please follow the link to find out more)
Patchouli - Scarlet Devil Mansion
Date: 2014-05-26 09:15 pm (UTC)I probably need more information for this, but I will get to that if need be.
Colin - Base Camp
Date: 2014-05-26 09:16 pm (UTC)His base camp was a simple set of three pre-fabricated titanium structures. A field science lab/medical station, a security office, and a communications station.
There should be a LOT of equipment there, computers, weapons, comm and science equipment, but a lot of it will also be damaged beyond repair. Great for salvage, but not so great for getting anything working. An enterprising technical sort might be able to get some useful stuff out of it. And there's always the chance that there might be something functional!
If any computers are up and running, they'll have a synthetic intelligence that can assist anyone who finds them.
There will also be many ash-ified aliens there of varying sorts. Only a couple of them will look human-like. Several Psilons, who are five feet tall, bald, and have huge craniums and four arms. Several Elerians, which basically look like pointy eared human women. A couple of Mrrshan, which are 7-8 foot tall cat people.
AZ - Pokemon Village
Date: 2014-05-26 09:21 pm (UTC)A large black tire sits in the middle of the chunk of land. A pretty feather is stuck in it, though it doesn't look like it could be used for much. Moving on, a small hill leads up to a river that starts from a cliff to the north and drops off the chunk of land. There are some trees that dot the west side of the river, but the river itself doesn't look too interesting, aside from some large rocks sticking out of it.
There's a cave up to the north with two eggs, guarded by a doglike creature.
(The Furfrou is female, the eggs each have a 50% chance of hatching male or female.)
Zuko - Fire Nation Royal Palace
Date: 2014-05-26 09:22 pm (UTC)The Fire Nation Palace gardens. These gardens resemble Japanese-style gardens, and feature both a pond and a fountain in addition to the greenery. A pillared, open walkway bisects the garden. The walls surrounding the garden are mostly in tact, but hardly anything remains of the palace itself except rubble.
Creature: A family of turtle ducks.
Raile - Old Home
Date: 2014-05-26 09:24 pm (UTC)Bon - Kyoto Temple
Date: 2014-06-01 08:19 pm (UTC)The buildings themselves are mostly empty of people, though there are clear signs that people had been living there prior to the Calamity. Also, there are some strange, white snakes lurking around, mostly staying near certain piles of ash.
Roxas - Destiny Islands
Date: 2014-06-01 08:20 pm (UTC)A piece of the Destiny Islands, specifically the small island where Sora and his friends play. No one actually lived here, so as far as man-made structures, there are just a few shacks, walkways, and a dock with three small row boats tied to it.
One of the walkways leads out to an even smaller island, on which grows a large paopu tree. Characters might be able to harvest a few star-shaped paopu fruits from it. That, and the seashells along the beach are about the only things of value you're going to find here.
There is also a cave hidden behind the waterfall. Inside, the rocks are covered in white chalk drawings obviously done either by children or people very bad at drawing.
Creature: A few Shadow Heartless.
Paar - Sky Haven Temple
Date: 2014-06-01 08:20 pm (UTC)Available for looting will be the things in the "Notable Items" section, scattered across the floor as if they were in the middle of being moved in a big hurry save for Mace Etiquette which will be in the small bookshelf by Alduin's Wall along with various other books on the Blades and dragons. (Finders keepers for Dragonbane.)
SO CREATURES. Ideally I would like a randomly generated dragon that has *no* interest in talking especially with you lower creatures. (Although I would totally be more than happy to NPC chatty shit if one of the individuals who finds Sky Haven Temple is one of those who has been attending Paar's language lessons: Rin, Alucard, Crona, Ryu, or N to my recollection)
Of course, since it is not going to be a moTHERFUCKING MACHO MAN DRAGON, MANDY OMG, then I know the chances of this happening are slim to none. So. My back up plan:
Draugr. The classic pain in the ass creature of Skyrim right next to Frostbite Spiders.
They are clearly not native to Sky Haven Temple, but they've managed to find themselves dumped there anyway in the aftermath of the Calamity. There will be a few Draugr archers (wight/level 13) but more frighteningly there will be a Draugr Deathlord (level 34) who will need to be taken down by some heavy hitters before looting can happen.
The archers will all drop Ancient Nord Bows, some matching arrows, some gold coins that will help positively no one, Bone Meal, and a flawless sapphire if someone is willing to dig around in a corpse a little. Fun.
The deathlord, if vanquished, will have considerably better loot. There's still Bone Meal and some gold. In addition, however, there will be: an ebony mace, a diamond (again in somewhere disgusting, draugr why do you do this), and 4 Orichalcum Ingots.
Seimei - Izumo Village
Date: 2014-06-01 08:24 pm (UTC)Rowan - Castle Ruins
Date: 2014-06-01 08:25 pm (UTC)Monsters for Albion would be like Balverines, which are wolverine werewolf things. Really nasty buggers. There's Hollow Men, which are animated skeletons, there's Hobbes, which are fat hobgoblin type things and there's some other stuff as well. Like animated statues and shadow beasts...I dunno. -_-
Rucks - Mancer Observatory/Proving Ground
Date: 2014-06-01 08:26 pm (UTC)Also, in Bastion, it's indicated that a general direction is detected and then someone uses a spyglass to spot it (at least from the graphics and phrasing; ie they 'Zia Located' somehow but since they don't know where she is they're playing guesswork + spyglass SO) -- do you want Rucks to be a helper there y/n with finding shit via spyglass HE HAS LOTS OF EXPERIENCE--
Tobias - Mall
Date: 2014-06-01 08:26 pm (UTC)Surrounding the tables on three sides are various food vendors, all crammed in next to each other. The almighty Cinnabon remains mostly intact, as does California Pizza Kitchen and Panda Express. The other vendors are in varying states of disrepair, but most have their back rooms accessible. Most of the food in the freezers has probably spoiled already, but some might still be all right, especially if it's the sort of thing that doesn't need to be kept cold.
