If the moon has an orbit than it's moving would fit the criteria. Otherwise, if the moon is artificial, that would augment how her powers interact with it while it's around. Since it isn't the Earth's moon and there aren't any other heavenly bodies for it to interact with. (Celestial alignments are a thing in H2O.)
