Yes and no. The spell is caused by Rikki seeing light of the full moon, but once she sees moonlight the spell only ends with the moon setting on the horizon.

So she'd have to be very careful not to look at the moon or else she'd be stuck in a perpetual state of crazy. Which wouldn't be very... playable.
