Megaera would need to purchase both spells and spell books from the monument. Since spell books and spells are linked in D&D, there are a couple ways we could go with this.
Method 1: each spell gets its own spell book, and when she purchases each book she gets that spell along with that book.
Method 2: Megaera buys a spell book for a one-time cost, but to use each spell within that spell book she would have to purchase the ability to do so. She repeats this process for each book of spells.
Method 3: Megaera buys a spell book AND the spells all at once, for one large shard cost. She repeats this process for each book of spells.
We are alright with any of these methods, though we ask you choose one and stick to it from this point forward.
