Okay, one more question while I'm here. It says characters can keep canon powers (to a degree), does this still apply if the power is through a peripheral? Do they get to keep that peripheral?
Ex: My character needs a Rod in order to use his powers. He has to have it. Also his powers would probably need a permission post... Since it involves manipulating other characters directly. Here's an old permission post as an example, but it's a bit outdated.
Also I lied, another question! If a character has a split personality (who is still a core part of the main personality/character and doesn't count as a separate character), can you apply both together?
If any mods are Yu-Gi-Oh familiar I'm talking about Malik/Yami Malik.
