I noticed you take fandom OCs, so I was interested in apping a character from the Pokémon world! She'd technically be an OC, as the only thing we have for her is an old character design from when they wanted to put her in RGB but couldn't because of memory restraints -- it's this cutie right here.
Would I be allowed to do that? If so, would I be using the OC application form?
