Oh man, the Inverted Castle needs to be a thing, because let's face it, this is a fantastic chance for everyone to realize just how weird Alucard's world is. ...Or at the very least, the Reverse Keep needs to be a thing, because that's where you find a hilarious Shakespeare reference of a common monster.
